I was saying from the day one when he came to the first team and was later sold. He should have stayed, he's the best of all the fullbacks La Masia produced since Alba. It was idiotic to sell him and give minutes to Firpos and Mirandas, not even mentioning Martin or even Balde.

He won't develop much more I think. But he could need a little competition, we should strengthen both fullback positions and buy a new CB. We could probably do without a CB and RB if we move Martin and Kounde to CB, play Garcia as first choice RB and have Kounde as backup. That leaves us with an LB and we shouldn't count on Balde as a starter. I think Garcia is our best RB right now, that should be where he starts against better teams. We have all the players for next season except an LB and CF, we have the rest but they play in the wrong position today.

We gave minutes to nobody since one of the amigos, Jordi Alba owned the LB spot. Certainly not the minutes a young player needs to develop. Best to not mention that era in terms of rebuilding the squad. We did jack shit, disaster on every level.

Dont think Lucho hated him but he was very young and too impatient to go out on loan were the reports.
