Marcus Rashford on his goals: "I only saw the second goal on TV and it was a great game. It was tough here in this stadium, but we played very well. For the header, I attacked the space in their defense a little earlier and focused on hitting the ball and finishing. Headers are more difficult for me. I'll try to keep scoring more goals. The technique on the second goal is good, but I've been working on that my whole life."
... on his weeks in Barcelona so far: “It's going well. I'm learning a new way of playing soccer, and that's making me a better player. It's an incredible experience to play for Barcelona, and we want to win as often as possible. It's exciting to play with these guys.”
... on his current starting appearances: “It's difficult to be in the starting eleven because we have a team with top players. Coming to a new city, a new culture... I'm feeling more and more comfortable. I'm enjoying it. I think I'll play better as the season progresses.”
“It’s refreshing to play with these guys. I’ve said it a few times but the team is so young but they play with such confidence, such understanding of the game and it’s not an easy place to come (St James’ Park), especially trying to play the way we play.
