I know for sure that I feel far more confident with Garcia in goal than I ever felt with Stegen. And he can get even better in time. Good job from the club making this move. It's what we considered a critical step, and glad they capitalized on the opportunity to get it done despite financial issues.

Stuff like signing Garcia makes me hopeful we'll upgrade the squad in the next years. We seem to know which are the problems that need correction, and it's only a matter of getting our finances fixed in order to make the required moves.

We made many good decisions from 2022 until now with a tiny net spend.

I remember from childhood all these spanish, mexican and latino soap operas that were incredibly popular in post Soviet countries and thought they're made intentionally exaggerated to lure mases into their crazy plots and emotions to get addicted to every new cliffhanger. Since then i've learned that these people act like that in real life too. Just enjoy the shitshow folks. Thanks to providence we have Flick and great talents in disposal, which will mitigate the soap.

Yeah, I didn't expect him to be this solid in ball distribution.
I don't want to toot my own horn, but:
When I first looked at him, I didn't even cared about his "ball playing abilities", and I was onboard.

Having said that, the guy is actually pretty decent with the ball. He will surprise people who expect him to be that old school keeper, he has a decent pass & long ball in him. And his stats will even get better because now he will be shooting towards our players.
