Having said that, the most important part is now to get the license from the City council before August 30th, so the auditor accepts the VIP seats lever to return us back to 1:1.
According to reports, LaLiga will only count the sale if the stadium gets officially the green-light, so these seats are actually usable. And obviously this needs to be done before the registration window closes.
So if that's true, the club has less time than mid September for the first game against Valencia.

Florentino sold the former training grounds located by that point in 2000 in a valuable financial district of Madrid for 480m and then bought another piece of land in the outskirts, to build the current training grounds.
