Like Lucho but qsg winning UCL is such a terrible moment (it's likely to happen though).
Problem is the billionaire owner buying the CL already happened with Chelsea in 2012 and Man City in 2023 so unfortunately that horse has bolted.
PSG at least has some likeable players now - Mendes, Pacho, Vitinha, Barcola etc. I'm a massive fan of Joao Neves too, think that lad is destined for greatness. Great on the ball but also loves a tackle.

Chelsea at least was a club. While City and PSG are marketing tools to whitewash their oil countries and boost tourism. They don't care about football, they use it as a tool and laugh about the west how easy it is to buy them in modern times (especially with their own, western money).

Surprising fact for you mate. Man City had won the league (2) and FA Cup(4) pre buyout more than Chelsea before being bought out, league (1) and FA Cup (3) (pre 2003).

Problem is City absolutely sank down a couple of divisions in the late 90's and 00's before getting promoted again whereas Chelsea used to be a 6th-8th place side for a number of years so the trajectory wasn't quite as extreme.

He's a good man but no way I'm supporting QSG. I find it incredible that many Barca fans are supporting them considering their fans are some of the vilest fans in Europe who have anti Barca chants because they are still butthurt about 2017. Hoping for an Arsenal vs Inter final. Don't care who wins that final.
As an Englishman the last thing I need is an Arsenal win. They are insufferable enough as it is

I know their history. I should have put it differently. Chelsea is "just" a billionaire's toy, while City and PSG are political white washing tools.

Abramovich had that Bond Villain likeability.

You knew he was a wrong-un, but as I say there was something likeable about him.

PSG is just all off. State sponsored oil club with small dick energy basically.
Also Marina Granovskaia was pretty likeable 😉

We will see if Lucho is better than Flick, as things stand he is

But give Flick the same roster of players Lucho had (defenders with IQ, forwards with technique and ability to beat their man, intelligent midfielders, good squad depth) and I think we would experience an offensive powerhouse with less defensive problems
