So he wants to stay and we want him to stay? Then it's no problem I guess. Just gotta speed it up.

This article is from July, and usually half of it is filled with opinion rather than news. It is basically "they are negotiating, but not close to agreement " that has to be stretched into a full article.

Watched the highlights. Looked a fun game.

Zara have some talents too. They recently banned Barca and Real Madrid from all home games because we both keep stealing them!

Prim’s opportunity has passed, he’ll be able to freely negotiate with a new club in January with EPL a virtual certainty

Looks like he's leaving too.

Arnau, with one of the best left-footed players on the national youth team scene, was waiting for a renewal offer from Barça. It arrived a few days ago. However, according to SPORT, he will no longer wear the Barcelona shirt once his contract expires on June 30.

Yeah it's a bit if a shame that the system is so broke that good talents like Pradas and Prim opt for the lesser middle east leagues rather than find a way in Europe, or Spain.

But that's an issue Spanish football needs to have a hard look at itself to resolve.

From my knowledge, the young British players aren't taking this route.

We are starting to see an exodus of young Spanish players on the other hand going to Qatar, UAE for the bag. Take a look at Villarreal B on transfermarkt for example. There's a lad there who is 18 on loan from Al Qadsiah. And I have it on good authority that he is trying to secure another move back to a different Middle Eastern club.

For Barcelona itself, we now have a problem where a guy like Prim would rather sit out his contract for 6 months and move for free, and the club loses what should be a transfer fee outside of formation rights.

We should be concerned about this trend and rather than fighting each other on FFP bullshit, the LaLiga system should be working together to change the rulings and perhaps even sports law in the country to offer more protection to the clubs.
