He's a poor tactician which is not always the case with someone who was a defender as a player - Bielsa, Tuchel & Nagelsmann were all defenders yet play a very different brand of football

He seems to understand the advantage of playing with width but cannot impart that message to the players much less prepare them for the sort of football they will expect. He has faced Cadiz before and knows how they play yet our team was incapable of either setting up to punish them much less threaten or play with any sort of speed necessary at this level to break a high press. It's here where he has habitually failed, inability to break the press or create danger - the midfield, he has no clue

Nagelsmann was nothing bro. He didn't even play senior football. We can't talk about him as a formal professional player.

Squad isn't great but we don't play vs Bayern every week, so it's really no excuse. Also, a good coach can make a squad look better than it is but all we do is hire mediocre guys so of course everything looks even worse.

Chelsea went from nothing to CL winners and being referenced as great team in like less than a year. Look at their team for the CL final, i'm sure most of these guys would be called trash if they played for us right now. Things can change fast in football, even if the situation looks horrible right now.

But we desperately need to get it right with the next coach and signings. We won't get away with hiring the Koemans, Setiens and Valverdes any longer. Doesn't necessarily have to be a big name, but it has to fit.

I hope he won't sit on the bench ever again but we'll probably change the coach after the ATM game. New manager will than have 2 weeks to settle in. Unfortunately, that means that we need to endure him for 3 more games. What's even worse is that if we loose against Benfica (and that's highly likely) we'll have slim chances to finish second in the CL group. Chances are we'll lose 2 out of 3 next games (ATM and Benfica).

I am personally angry not because of results but lack of vision. All managers that came after Pep didn't have idea what to do. So, of course we are weaker without GOAT but to put Memphis instead of Messi and play the same is some serious stupidity. We all believed Xavi was slowing us down at the end, then hopped after Messi we would have to change wether we wanted or not - and, somehow, we still don't change.
So if I saw manager who tried more dynamic, faster football, attacking idea, vision, attacking the box, holding the lines closer in defence and so on...and then Memphis, for example, couldn't finish what Messi would easily I wouldn't be mad. Than we would talk only about quality. Thing is, no big team play like we do, we are stuck in dreamland.

I didn't say this team is better without Messi. I said Messi was paid way too much, and we wouldn't win titles with him either, as shown by the last 2 seasons when we didn't win La Liga, and were trashed in CL, including a historic 2-8 loss. All with a better, younger team. Messi was done for this team at this stage, so better let it go.

This team needs money to make transfers, more professional executives, a better manager, and better fitness/medical staff. Not fucking oldie Messi who's getting worse with every fucking year.
