Ronald Koeman

Barcelona won't acheive the same number of points as they did under Valverde or any coach before him since Rijkaard, they still might get the 82p they got last year, though.
They were 2nd in the CL group, went out before the QF for the first time since...?
They lost a free 'supercopa' title to Athletic Club de Bilbao (currently 11th in the league), reaching the final by beating Real Sociedad (a.e.t)
They did win the cup, by beating Cornella (a.e.t), Rayo, Granada (a.e.t), Sevilla (a.e.t) and Athletic Club de Bilbao (currently 11th in the league)
They lost to Real Madrid x2, Atletico de Madrid, Paris St Germain, Juventus, every opponent of similar strength. Yes they won the first leg against Juve and drew the already decided return against PSG...

All this while still having Messi available (scoring 25 and assisting another 20 in the league this season)

Koeman is playing every old player he has available bar Pjanic, and is desperate to get Wijnaldum, Depay and Aguero in summer. He is the man going forward! If there were apparent mistakes made by him, don't point them out! He knows his shit, he is playing youngsters, it's fun to watch! Koemanball! Let's watch them get the ball slowly from one flank to the other! Physical presence on the midfield! At the wrong place at the wrong time... Three at the back! If you have doubts, it must be because you are in love with Puig... No other explanation.

That's what I'm worried too. He fucking subs Mingueza because of one bad touch, who was one of the best players this season, and keeps Umtiti and Roberto on. Alarm bells are ringing hard.

Ya very worrying that he is very keen on playing Pique and Roberto. Also he has completely forgottten about Araujo which I don't like since I rate him highly.

I think Laporta ditches him if he doesn't win the league. I do like aspects Koeman's management but he is seriously lacking in others and he's fucked up on several occasions this season alone.

He's done well with some youngsters but if injuries hadn't forced his hand Pique,Roberto, Coutinho etc would be shoe horned in every week.

Yeah pretty much the vibes i got from him. In this aspect he's no different from EV. pretty clueless most times i would say.

Araujo is average on ball at best but can defend one on one and is not afraid of it.

Pique looks terrified of it and ends up being spare man in space doing nothing.

Wont drop Pique though.

Pique should sit his ass on the bench next season. Actually even this season...
His ability on the ball is being covered by other defenders, and he has forgotten how to defend.

Both Aruajo and Migueza are a 'sine qua non' for our defence moving forward...

I perfectly accept it being a transitional season but all I see is the old guard getting picked whenever they're available. It's like 1 step forward 2 steps back.
