The lies that have continuously spouted about not being corrupt, about the transfer of minors, about being innocent in the transfer for Neymar and about La Masia are all catching up to them.

Too many lies and now people are calling them out of their bullshit so they are going out of their way to defend themselves.

They dont have to do anything. They literally brought the guy for 14m, used him for 3 years to win loada of titles, then chance came of selling him for 40 fucking million. He is only gonna get worse, and there wont be another chance to make 26m on him. They got his best years, won loads of titles and now will sell him 3 years later for 3x his worth (when he was 26). He is not Messi or Neymar, he is Paulinho. While big part of their success, he is still just average ankle breaker.

Its rational bussines 101 something Barca fans are not used to. Its like selling Rakitic for 50m now. Everyone in Barca would take it (difference being Rakitic is not PL reject but CL proven)

The Chinese gain a massive profit for the player they sold plus a potential international business partner that will help them expand operations and profit significantly.

All that from a 14 million euro investment they made three years ago.

Think about how much sense that makes from a investment perspective.

They didnt sign replacement for 20m neither does signing one make this any less likely to be corruption issue. In year or two they would need to look for replacement anyway, except in this case they would have no one to sell him to. Surely not for 40m as they have had in this case.

So naive! The trend in China is not to rely on foreign players. New government policies pushing Chinese clubs to spend more on local talents and development. Paulinho 40m is a record deal for Chinese Super League and no clubs will be spending big anymore to bring foreign players. Chinese clubs owned mostly by private investors who have no interest in football besides pleasing the government to win favorable contracts. So if the government is pushing for this new direction, then they will start selling those expensive foreign players.

So you are telling me that selling Paulinho and profiting nearly 30m on what they sold them for and establishing a business partnership that would potentially allow both Adelte and the Evergrande group to expand business operations and establish new projects which both parties would profit tremendously is all going to be hindered by the fact that they might not profit if they invest 20m or more on a new player?

I think you might need to look at the bigger picture here.
