Zubi was responsible for bring LE and signing the players, and Bartomeu fired him. Those are facts.

Saying Zubi was the man that brought the manager and players that won the treble sounded like praise to me.

The relevance is he fired zubi to save his face, because he needed a scapegoat. But the credit for Enrique is not barto's. As suarez, bravo and rakitic aren't zubi's.

Credit for Pep/Ronaldinho/Rijkaard is not Laportas then by those rules.

If you want to break it down like that do it for everyone.

Zubizarreta merited dismissal for all his failures way before that happened. However I, unlike you, can be objective and criticize when it's warranted and recognize a good job when it is done.

Ang again, keeping LE is no great merit. Firing a coach a third of the season in would have been a monumental stupidity. I cannot give credit to someone for not being monumentally stupid.

Club management is responsible for other things like growth of the brand, well-being of the club, management of the club, etc etc. If you're going to sit there and say Rosell/Bortomeu tandem did more for the club in these areas than Laporta you've no idea what you're talking about.

I always did that, though. Txiki build the teams during laporta's tenure. But Laporta is not a subject here now, just Barto. For you they never did no wrong.

One thing that is funny about Enrique renewal: yesterday Bartomeu told rac1 he couldn't renew him, that it could only be done after elections. And then he renewed today. Weird, huh?

Bartomeu has it's flaws as any previous president but he's no Rosell.

No one is saying who did more.

Just a load of different rules applied ad Laporta got praise for the success on the field and huge praise for managers chosen under him etc.

If it is down to players on the pitch lets go back a year or so and see who was getting blame.

Yeah they got so close that the players were pretty much out of control until Pep came in and lost the peak years of Ronaldinho etc.

He's no Rosell. He's just Rosell's partner in crime. Rosell's 1st Vice-President and Rosell's personal friend. Because Bartomeu has never done anything wrong or lied, like when he promised Abidal a new contract publicly and backtracked.

Please. Whatever he has done lately is only to better his position in the upcoming elections. One year of trying to cover up his previous wrongdoings close to the elections so he has a chance and suddenly Bartomeu is all good and Rosell was the big bad wolf, even though Bartomeu stood beside him all the time.
