Eh, there's plenty of appeal. Obviously if you play for Barca, Bayern, or Real then it's a step down but if you're coming from any other team you get to play for a team that has the best chance to win CL outside of the obvious three, live in a great city, and league games are zero pressure

There's really no need. When discussing anyone outside of the usual suspects to win the CL there is no clear 4th option. Juventus obviously did better in the CL last season than PSG and in the season before that Atletico was clearly better, and in the season before that Dortmund did better. It's possible that in this season the likes of Manchester City could do better. The only thing PSG has going for it is money and that's not what you need to win the CL.
