Pogba is just not a leader. He need to be #2 in a midfield and not the lead man in a team.

Lets not forget he is 25, he is supposed to enter his prime as a player right now.
Something is clearly wrong if he needs guidance at this stage.

As Morten said, he is 25, he isn't a youngster anymore. At that age with already long professional career I can't take "he need coach X or Y" for him to develop.

you guys are right; what i mean, more specifically, is that he needs a coach that can get the best out of him through tactics and formations. clearly mou is failing in that regard.

United hit some poor form and pogba becomes the scapegoat again shock. The first half of the season the english media and pundits were drooling over pogba before he got injured.

Matic freeing him up and allowing him more freedom was being rolled out constantly when United was talked about, along with Martial and Rashfords form with one starting then the other coming off the bench and killing the game. Now look at both the situations. Neither get a look in and Pogba is awful and should be sold.

Jose is the master at making people see how he wants things to be seen. The press get wind of it then all the clueless followers jump on board in england then it becomes the general consensus.

Mou and Pogba is a bad combination. If pogba was playing for City, Liverpool, Chelsea or Spurs in their systems he would be unstoppable and everybody on this board will be clamoring for the board to sign him. He is just hung out to dry at United and the clueless Jose followers lap it up.

If United sell Pogba and Martial (Shaw to an extent aswell) this summer and back Jose then what a colossal fuck up that is.

We paid 40 for Arda, 40 for Gomes, 40 for Paulinho, 40 for Arthur.

80m for Pogba would be a no brainer compared to these transfers.

If he is the last thing what we need, then who or what is the first thing what we need?

Please don't reply a controlling midfielder.
That reply has became a solution for all of our problems lately.

A controlling midfieler or a lack of one has became a scapegoat for everything.
When I ask guys why 433 didn't work under Lucho, they reply: because of Lucho.

Now we will listen about a lack of a controlling midfielder for the next 5 years as an excuse for everything.
