0 shots on target and 30% possession, Atletico deservedly being labelled the Spanish Burnley. La Liga setting impressively levels of mediocrity.

If Suarez fails to score next game and Atletico are out, does that mean he has scored 1 away goal in 6 seasons in Champions League? The one against Bayern? Crazy stats.

And not even away...
On neutral ground...

By the way: Suarez's goals and assist in CL this season: 0
Go and compare now with his LaLiga numbers to get the sense of how low the level of LaLiga has become

La Liga is not finished, this is how football works, you work to get to the top you stay for as long as possible but a drop is inevitable, then you got to work to get back up again. Spanish football will get back to being very strong again.

La Liga is probably finished for the next decade tbh.

Depends on what type of players go to La Liga. If they can attract younger WC potential talent everything will be good. Barcelona and Real Madrid will always be desired clubs to go to due to their history. While things look dry now it won?t be like this forever.

But PL is the place to be for the foreseeable future
