It wasn't a kit. The color are always yellow shirt/blue shorts and blue shirt/white shorts. But because of fifa rules, they couldn't play in blue shorts because the other team also had blue shorts. So Brazil couldn't wear blue shirts or shorts. That horrible combination will surely happen again.

Oh, I see. Well good thing it wasn't an official kit, but it's still horrendous. It looks like a banana with cream or something.
