I don't know how this is even debatable, Tevez isn't really that skilled. It's his power and work rate that make him dangerous, Cassano and Balotelli both have more pure skill.

I would say Tevez is better than Balotelli, but I'm not sure for how long if the bostero scum continues to eat and pout his way out of a job.
