I don't really understand how some of you even consider Mascherano being back up to Bousquets. If he comes to Barca he's going to start. He's a lot better than Bousquets, so was Yaya. Pep starting Bousquets over Yaya is almost as bad as the injustice against Eto'o. I believe Pep likes Bousquets b/c he see's a lot of potential and b/c he's catalan, but don't think for a second he really deserves to start over Yaya or Mascherano, the quality just isn't there yet.

I truely think Pep is planning on using both of them a lot of games. I don't really like that idea, at all, but that is what I believe he's going to do. If not and he sits Mascherano you better expect us to be selling him next summer like how we're selling Ibra now.

Dude i am as big a yaya fan as anyone, but you can't be denying busquets quality at this moment in time, that just plain crazy

I feel you dog and I agree but you can't bench Busquets for no one. He is that superb right now.

Masch is added strength - is there a way to put them both in like I said or no? Beast? Meta? El Train?

Possibly, only Iniesta up front seems a little odd to me. He should be behind someone, maybe put him and Messi behind and just have Villa up front?

they will rotate people a about yaya last season,but he made 37 apps last season, 6 less than he did in 08/09.

so that proves that both will play a fair amount of games and both will play together a few times

That doesn't solve the problem of what to do with Busi.

Personally I rate Busi, as do many others, so I think he should be a starter.

Inter also acting stupid with their ridiculous bid for Mascherano. At this rate he will be going nowhere. Wish people would understand - we paid £18M for him 3 years ago, he has since become an even better footballer. Why the hell would we then sell him for LESS than the amount we originally paid when he still has 2 years to run on his contract?
And Mascherano is also being very silly in wanting to go to Barca. He won't be a regular there because we know Barca prefer Catalan players like Busquets to play regularly, even if they are inferior players.
And Barca are also taking a risk by wanting to sign such an unprofessional footballer like Mascherano.

I rate Busi as well....but as an indisputable starter???? No way...Masch is better...

...I don't think it's very appropriate to support two major clubs(alright,one major club and an ex-major club) especially of such diverse cultures and playing styles....
