successful as in what? how did it help juventus or napoli? how did it help dortmund or man city?

aside from the obivous liverpool and bayern, who have good teams anyway, what's to make of this graph? shit teams are still low, good teams are still high.

The teams that are considered the best at the moment, regardless of titles won.

Can't send Valverde and Setien to Liverpool and Bayern and expect the same results.

it's about personnel and good squad building as much as tactics. bayern would still win the league with valverde in charge and do fairly well in CL.

the best teams at the moment also have the best squads. real or barca from 5 years ago would also do well, without topping the charts in pressing.

No they wouldn't. Coutinho physic and rest of the Bayern team would look like Busi instead of current version of Goretzka or Coutinho. Valverde didn't give a shit about physical condition.

kid, stop posting stupid shit. goretzka would look the same if another manager takes over tomorrow at bayern. busi always looked like busi, regardless of who managed him.

it is true that some coaches put a greater emphasis on physical preparation. but you can't turn some players into workhorses, just as you can't turn others into master passers or dribblers.

Did you actually see Goretzka's physical transformation ? Obviously we will never know what spurred him to gain that much muscle , but I genuinely doubt we would ever seen something like that under Valverde or Setien over at our retirement home.

LOL
Rodri Bernando and all the short technical players Pep uses at City are workhorses according to your simplistic view?
Busi was also a workhorse back in the day under Pep apparently, because the team pressuring high with intensity was Barca back then.

Easy to see why you can't understand Messi and Suarez did hurt us so much

even dembele put on some muscles after he came to barcelona. messi the same. the point of the discussion is?

but i'm not posting childish shit like bayern is some steroids power house that transforms players into monsters. can't believe we are still stuck at this level when there is evidence of them having injured players just like there are players that came to barcelona and evolved physically.

I responded to this part : kid, stop posting stupid shit. goretzka would look the same if another manager takes over tomorrow at bayern.

If you think Goretzka would have gone the same physical transformation at our retirement home under Ernesto " I don't care about phyisical prepartion" or Setien then I don't know what to tell you.

Btw having a team that's more in shape phyisically doesn't mean that they can't get injured.

so did dembele put on muscle while valverde was here because he told him that he doesn't care about physical preparation?

maybe goretzka just grew up, maybe he wanted to put on muscle, maybe some physio told him that it would be good for him. who knows anyway?

i touched on the injuries subject because it was another fake news type of subject thrown around here.

He obviously did , but not as much as Goretzka ( btw check my first post here regarding this subject, clearly said that we don't what spurred him to do that). And Dembele was forced to since he was getting injured after a gust of wind.

Btw I don't like the overhyping of Bayern either , they are a great team in a period of alot of average teams.

goretzka seems to me like a ronaldo personality. posting on instagram without clothes on, to show his muscles. don't know why would he need huge biceps when playing football, but to each their own i guess. seems to be the latest fad with kids bulking up for social media.

Barca had more pressing than RM and we still deservingly lost the league to them.
The coach and tactics are important, but you need the personal to do it
