Messi: Haven't seen much of the criticism of the manager ... sincerely I think Valverde has done an impressive job all the time he's been here. In the game against Liverpool he was hardly to blame for anything. We as the players are to blame.

 even him is backing Failverde up, by now it's a lost cause for sure...

And this is why the club will be in the shitter for the next two years. Aging, comfortable players with a clueless manager is a recipie for disaster

Just because you have thousands more posts than me on this forum it doesn't mean your opinion is more valid or your rights more respected, it only means you have more time on your hands.

My post rate is 125 posts per month since joining and you're on 161 and counting.....

When did i say my opinion is not more valid cos of my number of posts? Playing the victim already? Don't act like a fanboy while claiming to not be one, admit when you're wrong and don't spout BS and maybe then people will start taking you seriously.

I'm working whilst I write my 161 posts. You and your 9,000? Not interested in being taken seriously , I say my opinion people can take it or leave it. When I want tips on creating a pack mentality and insulting others based on made up lies to cover up for my lack of debating skill, I'll give you a call.

Pack mentality, based on making up lies. Still waiting on that BS you said i posted.. zzzzz... ask your pack to manufacture another lie for ya son.

Suarez in CL in last 3 years: 5 goals in 29 matches Benz: 14 goals in 30 matches

Most of us have jobs too. Not an excuse to write low level fanboy posts.

So when people call you out on your BS, its a pack mentality? Maybe look at yourself in the mirror before playing the victim.

Agreed, that's why imo there is no turning back at this point, Valverde will stay at least for one more season while Farto won't go for at least two years. Thus gonna watch only the important games of the season, at most, not every single one of them like I did for a decade or so...

Fine if you think its on players Leo, shouldn't some players leave if they can't perform at top level ? you either change manager or players after two years of CL humiliation exit. If you don't, you just accepting mediocrity.

Last time I'm going to ask. Cut and paste a comment of mine which is 'BS' and Show me where I said ' Benz has shit the bed after Ronaldo left' like you lied I did, otherwise you will have been proven to have been a guy who forms packs on the internet in order to make up lies about people so your pack can insult them so as to make yourself feel better/superior. Not going to ask again.

Yes you didn't exactly write "Benz was a bum" but you wrote "Big Benz has been half the player of Suarez during their time in Spain" which is clearly not true, seeing Suarez's pathetic state.

Man, if we'd have gotten Valverde in 2008 instead of Pep we'd have still relied on Ronaldinho, Deco and Henry in 2011 when we reached our peak with a different attack.

What am I even comparing them though, one would see in 5 matches max that the likes of Suarez, Rakitic or Busquets do not cut it anymore at the top level and would get rid of them as soon as he could no matter what even a GOAT like Messi would say. But that's the difference between a great manager and a mediocre one is. The mediocre one wouldn't know true quality if it shot him in the head point blank. Meanwhile he still thinks that Rakitic and Suarez are the real deal and the best thing since sliced bread.

Anyway, Messi made his own bed and now he has to sleep in it. I can't fault the player Messi for absolutely nothing but the leader Messi has made another big blunder by endorsing this nothing manager.

Well Leo, you'll get exactly what you deserve now. No one wants to see his talent wasted under the cunt but if he's genuinely backing him, that's on him. He's one of the few players in history who has an enormous say on what goes on at that club and he's probably just fucked everyone over, himself included.

The point seems to be lost on people but the board and sporting department ultimately make the decisions on players and the manager. It was the board who gave extensions to some of the older players who are now causing problems, it is the board/sporting department who bought Coutinho when he doesn’t have a position in the team’s set up. The manager has an input but doesn’t get the final say at Barcelona.

Valverde is a limited manager but the reason he is even at the club is because of the board.

The example you gave of Ronaldinho and Deco in 2008 was a different time, the Barca board was actually ready for the rebuild and that is why they took a chance on Guardiola in the first place, the current board seems to have no interest in refreshing the team to the level that is needed.

Yes, the board ultimately decides who we buy, who gets extensions and whatnot but if the manager would have any standards whatsoever he would have told the players and the board by now that he won't count on the likes of Suarez, Rakitic, Busquets as starters and should either accept a lesser role or be sold if they want to be undisputed first teamers. Meanwhile they will still be starting at least about 75% of the games next season.

Anyway, the board is just as guilty as Valverde for being complacent and accepting this kind of standards where for half the games I could watch paint dry and it wouldn't be a difference. Me criticizing Valverde doesn't mean I absolve the board for the ineptitude displayed year in year out.
