Apparently Chelsea didn't want to pay the 12m pound agent fee. Don't really care for excuses as I don't think he'd have been as big as success here as his fee suggests.

Like I said, i can see why United bought him. But on the other hand, i still think you should shoot for bigger stars/better players. Guess there is time for that later.

I think Lukaku will be incredible for Utd. People slate his first touch and while it's not great it's not as bad as people say plus they forget what he does offer. Strong, tall, fast and mostly importantly lethal when given a chance plus he scores every kind of goals and provides a lot of assists.

I wouldn't be surprised if he scores over 30 goals for them next season.

This feels a little like when we lost Rooney although in this case it was time for him to leave. He had outgrown us.

Mourinho must have been the deciding factor for him to sign for Utd, should not forget the fact that he is a tremendous admirer of Didier Droigba who himself had his best season playing for Mou. Should be a great signing and think he will have a good tenure with them as long as Mou is still there.

Rudiger video was hilarious but that was it, not nearly as much of a fuss as Lukaku lol. And Pogba is in on the act this time too so it's a double whammy. Least Pogba played for Juve before joning, Lukaku is just an EPL striker who has more doubters than people who think he's actually top class.

He was, Lukaku said in an interview. It's not so much he loved Chelsea as much as I think he loved Drogba and Mou.

Lukaku being the 2nd most expensive player in history really shows how stupid the PL money has got. this is an average striker with the first touch of a donkey.. Pogba hype was fair enough but this one is just meh for me. maybe ill be proven wrong and he'll turn United into strong contenders again.
