Facts. Madrid is not the same team. Much weaker. But at the end it doesn't matter. If we win the league again with as low as 85 points nobody will care. 1 more big title is major for Flick's tenure. Part of Barcas job is to keep pressure on Real and not allow them to play largely pressure free in league while Barca compete with Girona for 2nd.

Dont think Real have declined much but teams in Europe/Barca/Ateltico have got better.

Real were there for taking in home game in league and were extremely fortunate to get by City in CL and then even final v Dortmund.

I already claimed my L for first clasico loss. That prediction was made before all the injuries. Out of principle I let the prediction stand.

Not true

When I made the prediction initially and you acknowledged it, it was before joan garcia, raphinha and Balde gotten injured.

But I didn’t want to adjust prediction week before clasico out of principle, I said at the time as well. I claimed L after the clasico accordingly.

But I also increasingly started liking our chances in mean time and Real issues became more apparent. So I made the statement I just quoted hours after having lost that clasico.
