On the current Barca squad, Willian would be in the first 11. I think he would be devastating in the Barca attack, and he would immediately be the best defender among all the Barca forwards and wingers. Conte screwed up with Willian, Chelsea was never the right team for this guy.
After adding Willian, pretty much any other starter for Brazil would also be good additions. Except in goalkeeper.

Signing a wide player can allow Coutinho to play in midfield and Artur is also on way.
Willian would be a good player for Barca.

Willian is good but it would be stupid to pay a big amount for such a player considering his age, the wages and the current situation with Dembele.
I would never target him unless it would be on a Bosman or 20 Mil. max.

We already adding 3 young players - Lenglet(23), Arthur(22), Alena(20), this is not Ajax, we need experienced players as well.

Some folk love to ignore all that and focus on idea Barca only sign 'old Brazilians'.
We have plenty of experience. Our midfielders are 30 year olds Rakitic, Busi and Paulinho, up front we have Messi and Suarez, at the back we have Pique and Alba. All of these are 30+ or close to it. There is no reason to be signing more 30 year olds. Thats luxury signings we cant afford as they'll decline sharply in a year or two while we give them fat 4 year contracts and cant get rid of them.

Agree.. where does Dembele fit into it though? I still don't know if he's gonna play 4-4-2 next season or 4-3-3

It makes more sense to sign likes of Willian on 4 year deal than a 2/3 year deal if signing him.
You repeat that all the time but dont seem to understand the way clubs work.

And this is how it should be at the top club - we'll have a good mix of experienced and young players. These experienced players are usually the one that are dragging the team forward in the crucial games. Even if he can gives us good 2-3 years it would be worth it.
