Bro...you cant judge a player's performance with the titles he won, Vasquez won 3 cls titles in a row, is he now better than Alves??

Higuain was superior at Napoli, guy scored a lot of qualities goals and broke records, he did his job, not his fault that the other players couldnt perform like him

Was Vasquez the starting striker? Higuain failed at Napoli cos he literally ghosted in big games which ended proving decisive. The stats are there. That's the difference between him and Osimhen. He was top top quality no doubt, but just as we saw in the WC finals for Argentina against Germany, he was a serial choker on the biggest stages

I have to look up the stats he had vs big teams in Serie a but dont think he didnt score there vs the bigger team, he and Napoli were just unlucky that they had to play vs peak Juve, its same like Pool and City, Kloppo did a wonderful job and should have won 3-4 PL titles but Pep's City was a monster team and Argentina didnt score in 3x120 minutes, the whole offense choked, not only Higgy

The term 'failed at Napoli' sounds very very harsh and is Osimhen really that good ? Bro is playing in Super Lig atm, only god knows how good his level will be when he is back in a top league

He is perfectly capable of playing as a lone striker: he can hold up the ball, play with back to goal, combine link up, and of course score

Besides, the concept of the 'lone striker' does not really apply to Flickball. Our CF is always surrounded with other players

Football is not as simplistic as you guys understand it.
You don't transfer a player and also add his goal tally from his previous seasons.

There are tons of ways in which Thuram may fit like a glove here.
He could make others score more even if he doesn't score himself.
It's all about the chemistry and the tactical fit.
