So we have plenty of really nice last 16 draws if we top our group which we really need to.

Monaco/Zenit/Leverkusen, Basle/Liverpool, Sporting/Schalke, Shakhtar. We would stroll into the QF against any of these teams.

Then the not so great ones are Juventus(could still top their group), Man City(Hopefully Roma beat them), Arsenal(are always dangerous at home)

Yeah. It is absolutely vital that we finish top of our group. First of all, it will be a big boost to beat PSG for the first time, and even more importantly it will probably give us an easy draw for the Last 16. I would prefer Roma instead of City also.

Why would I be mad? PL proved its superiority over 8 fixtures... and it's England + Wales, not just England.
