Because i just saw that Barcelona, Chelsea, Bayern, Juventus, Benfica, PSG, Zenit, PSV will be in the 1st pot.

bad way to make democracy in football

you can't force democracy in some office, when in real football there isn't...... useless to put democratic rules when 3 or 4 teams centralize 80% of world talents.
First make the way to avoid that, in order that more teams are in a equal level.....then, you can put democratic rules

it's a pity if we'll have groups with 3 big teams and others with 4 with secondary
