Probably not but i expect him to start vs CSKA mid week

You can see that Thiago knows how to interpret on the pitch what Pep wants better than any player at Bayern bar Lahm. Once he came in it was much easier for Bayern to form triangles and to take control of the game. He still makes the ocasional risky pass and loses the ball, but even Busi needed 2 years with Pep(3 if we count also their time at Barca B) to learn when not to make those passes.

He just seems like a different player with Pep(and I say this even if he comes from a 3 months injury and has played only 200 minutes this season). Kind of like Bartra with Tata.

No..these were his first minutes after being sidelined for 3 months. So if we take this into account and the fact that he didn't had a proper preseason because of the U-21 EC, it will take some time for him to gain full-fitness.
