Its embarrassing theyre taking PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE 2 years old to court  real crime such as this is hidden but caught in the act or snitched. Its that obvious now that Real Madrid are taking such measures to hurt the club and potentially the players as well in attempt to make them lose points. Laporta said he wont just defend, he will attack because he knows fine well what they are doing and he isnt a pussy unlike previous presidents.

Juan Roca (former referee): “Negreira NEVER showed me any direct or indirect sign to have any influence on a game. If he had, the refereeing boss would have fired him. I find it hard to believe that he helped Bar?a in refereeing decisions."This is all predictable, no one will ever confirm the bribery of judges.

OFFICIAL: ?Barcelona court were open to accepting prosecutors 'Negreira Case' from 2001-2018 with supposed corruption and fraud in payments to former Vice-President of Spain's refereeing committee Enriquez Negreira in order to influence decision making by referees for FC Barcelona and change match outcomes in their favour. An investigating judge Raul Hernandez has been analysing evidence given by Prosecutors and FC Barcelona thoroughly, after doing so has decided to make a 180? turn and completely decline the charge made by Prosecutors Office as the genuine evidence given by FC Barcelona on Wednesday 15th March 2023 completely contradicts their claim and is in fact a common legal practice by professional football clubs. Judge Raul Hernandez made it clear there will be no continuation of 'Negreira case' unless Prosecutor's provide substantial evidence they have yet to provide.?

...Cross your fingers this will happen soon because Im getting sick of it

Old man is afraid a hostile crowd might cause a heart attack.

Need to man up and own it.

Would you say that means they have a strong case, or the opposite?

Stronger.

This charge would have been the culmination of years of investigation under the public radar. That means two things - they have considered there isn't much more evidence to find, and that all their evidence was collected under the radar.

Nothing can be hidden that wasn't already found by them most likely and they have a pretty clear picture of the facts by this point.

If they've then decided to bring charges it is bad.

They have investigated him for years for tax fraud.

Not for sporting corruption or the allegations Barca and Negreira face for influencing referees or attempting to do so. If they had concrete evidence of the latter the presiding judge of the case wouldn't have told the prosecution to bring forward something concrete or threaten to dismiss the case.

The case already was accepted no? Or did something happen in the last days?

There was a leak today that 9 months ago the investigators were asking Rubiales about what role Negreira had in refereeing and if he could influence games or not.
