I'd blame Pena not for the penalty, but his inability to cover ground once the ball is in lost space. The lack of experience is oozing.

The midfield is huge problem. Again there is no one to pick on Real's build up. If Frenkie is supposed to be this DM, he's not that.

Peña will 25 in a month or so, before this season he had only 8 professional games with 1st team football with Galatasray, due to their starting GK being injured, along some meaningless games with us last year.
He is simply not good enough, not talented enough, lacks physical profile (height, long arms) and due to all that lacks experience needed.
It was another Jorquera case, a GK who didn't deserve to be here but is here because the club was complacent to get a new GK and he was just there.
Similar to Jorquera, we let a better younger GK leave (Reina in the past, Tenas in the present).

Might be the worst since we lost 4-1 in mid 2008.

Since Pep took over in 2008, we never experienced thrasings in Classicos.
Instead, we were serving them thrashings

Even when we were not winning for a while (after EV and before Xavi), the losses were narrow

That changed with Xavi, two thrashings (0-4, 4-1) in two years
Thank you mister!

Yes because Koulibaly wasn't one of the worst CBs in the Premier League and had to be shipped off to Saudi lol.
It would have been a different story here. Chelsea were a mess anyway. Any player can underperformed when the club is in shambles.

Cruyff spoke about the idiocy of running excessively in an 11 man game.
Making the ball do the yards within the confines of a team which is moving in tandem up the field.

How we play football now? We constantly keep the possession for no reason, no means of an end.
Once it arrives into the opposition box, we look absolutely clueless other than look for a wide player and begin praying/cross aimlessly.

If Cruyff believed it was idiocy to excessively run around like headless chickens, we are playing the ''running'' equiavlent of football now.
Aimless, boring, predictable, unorganised, unimaginative, slow and TORTURE as a supporter.

The writing has been on the wall for years that this ''Barca DNA'' is dead and fucking buried.
The games moved on but our stupid owners/staff haven't.

I called for Xavi out last year and nothings changed.
I pray he's fired by tomorrow.

Transfers have been shit for the money spent. That's not a huge issue if you have unlimited budget like some of the other teams... but for us... get ready for a few bad years.

Selling some players is a must. Kounde, raphinha, Torres, and maybe Araujo. If the offer really is 100m, that's a good sale for our position.
