I really dont get this Balde LW stuff. He's been tried many times more advanced and never shown any real kind of attacking nous yet we continue to pin him up the touchline and make him sprint back to defend needlessly, he is not even doing anything up there.

It worked once in the 3-box-3 system, and Xavi keeps using it after more than a year without judging opponent/tactics etc.

I'd blame Pena not for the penalty, but his inability to cover ground once the ball is in lost space. The lack of experience is oozing.

The midfield is huge problem. Again there is no one to pick on Real's build up. If Frenkie is supposed to be this DM, he's not that.

Defense is absolutely shambolic.
Every time they break have 6 or 7 players sprinting back behind them as if we've put the whole 10 outfielders in attack... yet we arent using that superiority on the ball.

Baffling. Too many players standing in no man's land and no organisation at all. End up having to sprint back from being advanced when weren't doing anything in the first place.

FDJ, Gundo and to lesser extent Pedri controlling it well enough but not much option in final third and defence a shambles.
