Milan vs Inter match was so so. Alegri's football doesn't guarantee Herr Flick's fireworks but man...the stadium atmosphere superb. Damn....them Italians are emotionally engaged.
Serie A may not be in the best shape as of late but in terms of stadium electric atmosphere it remains the best...

Nah, Bundesliga at the bottom is crazy! It's the league that treats their match going fans the best. The fans are consistently amazing.

Maybe but that's an individual take.
I did not base this on anything rational other than my own impressions...and perhaps accustic effects of my TV set.
Bundesliga stadiums are crowded and everyone is chanting but French league can be deadly crazy with flying on the pitch items, interrupted matches and all that crazy savage stuff.
Premiere League, I am a little biased because I like their pitches vibrant colors and drunken sailor chants.

In theory, Italian chants should be better from those of Brits. After all, who has the best operas in the world?
But they ain't...Brits singing is unmatched. Sons of Bitches are that good that you can even memorize the melody.

PL should be top. Serie A atmosphere is electric only in derbies and big games.

I seldom watch matches of mid table clubs, so you may be spot on right there. I won't argue. Especially, if we took all the matches and measured the average voltage per game.

Just that Italians are more hot blooded in their reactions is what, I guess, made me pick them as #1...and that roar when Milan scored...

Bundesliga is not the strongest league itw but in terms of fans no league comes close, i was in 12 or 13 different stadiums in Germany and every time the atmosphere is absolutely FANTASTIC

Even the atmosphere in 2.bundesliga is terrific

Yeah...that may be, also because they serve beer and bratwurst and nothing beats that snack while watching a match.

My ranking was completely subjective, based on how that atmosphere permeates through the TV glass onto my living room with me on the sofa...
When you are there on the stadium, the experience has all the dimensions. Nothing beats that.
