We both know he will aim for first team coaching job. The question is which route he will take to do that.
Pep and Lucho both took the La Masia road, the likes of Mascherano and Xavi felt they are above that.

Confirmed he is retiring. Get him to La Masia ASAP to start gaining experience, he's got big potential for being a coach.

Don't see him getting into coaching.
