Samir Nasri

How can it be tapping up if the player's agent went to the club first?

Because Man City spoke to the agent and offered Nasri a contract through his agent. And I don't know if the agent went to Man City first or they approached his agent first but whatever way it went, he got tapped up.

This is a very mean team.

---------------------------Hart----------------------------
----Richards-------K.Toure--------Kompany-----Clichy------
---------------De Jong---------Y.Toure--------------------
--------Silva-----------------------------Nasri-------------
------------------Aguero--------Dzeko---------------------

*With Tevez and A.Johnson coming from the bench.

Mancini won't play 4-4-2 the whole season, he did it on Sunday and conceded 2 at Bolton so I reckon he'll be back to 4-5-1. They won't win the league with Toure, Clichy and Richards in their defence. 3 accidents waiting to happen.

Arsenal are a joke.

No doubt in a few years Jack will leave as well...

Citeh are waiting til Jack matures a bit then they'll buy him.

Ciddy's feeder club....... pathetic.

Arsenal are in real danger now, I don't think they'll even make the top 4 tbh. I can't wait for Sunday.

Arsenal WILL get battered on Sunday.... I'm guessing 5-0.

But they still have Frinmbog, or whatever...

I hope so as well. Rooney's been with United a long, long time now.

I guess I imagined him trying to sign for City? What loyalty, it only took a massive £200k a week contract to prove his love for the club. Most of your players would leave if City offered them £150k+ a week, don't pretend other wise. Loyalty in football is dead.

Rooney's not on 200k a week.. Some players are loyal.. Some are not.

I think he's on 150k.

Wow only £150k a week? Such loyalty...I give it 2 years max till he joins the blue revolution. I'd prefer United to win the league this season but lets face it, City will dominate the league for many years to come.

From today's arseblog(biggest Arsenal blog, reliable):

As for the player, well, if he didn’t want to be here then that’s entirely his choice. Arsenal offered him parity with the top earners at the club, he agreed to that deal, then refused to sign it once he was made aware he could earn more elsewhere. Don’t buy the spin about trophies, his refusal to sign happened long before our end of season collapse, the period in which Nasri scored just 1 goal and fluffed countless chances. Now, after everything that’s gone on, it’s easy to say it’s about ambition but it was never about that.
