Ronald Koeman

Bombshells.

Koeman: "It was at the insistence of the club's management that I agreed to the departure of some players to put the finances in order."
Koeman: "But then when you see that they attract someone for 55 million euros shortly after letting Lionel Messi go. It makes you wonder if something else wasn't happening. Why did Messi have to leave??

He's incredibly stupid in football management and in general. Not hard to grasp a 500m loan paid over 35 years, Umtiti new contract that is lower if he doesn't play enough games (isn't playing at all), and they are paying for Ferren Torres over the next 5 years, not all at once. Koeman just please keep your small brain opinions to yourself if it's to do with Barcelona, you're honestly no good in any form at all for the club :boss:

Beside Pjanic,Coutinho and Griezmann departures, along the contracts of Pique/Alba/Busquets all were reduced after Messi's departure

He complains he didnt get enough time.. why the heck he kept complaining all the time then? He was begging to be sacked. He should have been sacked way earlier btw. We gave him too much time.

Great player but weak personality. Didn't translate his greatness to coaching.

Speaks like a bitter man who has spent the last 20 years failing as a manager with an occasional success here and there.

Wouldn't call it weak, as rather unpleasant and annoying.

Done a commendable job making Mingueza look like a great defender for a few months.

As a great man once said. Stunning.

I'll be interested to see where he goes after this. Realistically he could go back to the NT which I think suited him but there won't be a job in the top-half of La Liga or the Premier League for him.

He did well with young players while seniors were injured.

He's a great identifier of talent imo. Just lacks key abilities to be a top club manager, and had the worst cards imaginable.

Always liked Koeman, but he should probably have taken his big opportunity in 2003 when he was younger and less jaded.

Finally some balanced sensible reactions. We needed those because revisionism started to kick in heavily already with some users.
