why don't we think to buy this amazing player
he is only 21 years old
he can play in evey position at attacking
and i think release clauses are around 25-30m€
but manchester city is interested with him

Are you sure that you have watched Ryan Cherki
he is so different player from Olmo and Fermin.
Cherki can play left/right winger and also he is very quick and fast. and We also need squad depth.

Thing is we're going for a pure LW is because we have a player who plays a lot of positions, and that is Raphinha.
We need a pure LW to have a different edge to our gameplay. When Raphina is not cutting it.
Cherki is not that player. Ya if we had a LW and was looking for a backup then yes Cherki would have been good. But its the other way round.

He's not the profile we need for a winger.
I don't think Cherki would come to Barca merely for squad depth when teams like City want him and probably plan for him to be a starter.
With this performance from Raphinha, no one can play in her place anyway.
We need Cherki for the squad depth because There may be an injury, there may be a banned for the matches both Yamal and Raphinha therefore Cherki can play all position for attacking
