Meh, City are bad, and if it depends on Arsenal they have a good chance again. After Pep and Klopp battled it out for some very entertaining seasons, it's back to Barca vs Madrid as the most interesting battle for me.
Maybe Chelsea or Tottenham can do something and challenge a bit, but doubt it in the long run.
EPL in a bit of a decline, after Pep looks tired mentally and Klopp left. Some of the best players in the league also on heavy decline, some even left. Not quite the same feeling it had back 3-4 years ago, and I find I tune in less and less personally.

It's maybe more entertaining in a way it's more even. Doesn't seem to have any great team.

The strength of EPL below the top 2/3 is light years ahead of La Liga.

To be fair to Liverpool they went closer to anyone than getting better of the eventual CL winners. Unlucky to meet them that early really.
Arsenal beat Real easily.
Other than PSG there is not a top team off the back of last season.

EPL is no doubt the strongest league still due to quality in the mid section mostly, but without 2 forces to battle it out for the title to the en, it's just not that interesting.
Arsenal, Liverpool, City, and Chelsea are a near lock for top 5, remains to be seen the 5th one to make CL spots between Newcastle and Tottenham most likely.

PSG were best team in Europe and saw off x3 EPL teams last season. With Liverpool going out on pens against them.
Other than that EPL teams won Conference, Europa and CWC.
The quality across that league absolutely dwarfs others.
Some might not find it interesting but it is by far the most watched league in world with far more games worth watching in a weekend than any other league by a long way.

It's also the league that outspends everyone else so teams are generally able to poach the best players from other leagues.
Look at Socieded for example. Isak, Merino and Zubimendi all gone within a space of 4 or so years. Haven't seen them reinvest that money in any meaningful way since.

Indeed it is the money that is making it so strong and why likes of Real and Barca are pushing for other teams in Europe to join a Superleague.

Not really. They aren't buying from Barca, Madrid, PSG, Bayern, no? They buy B players basically from non-top tier clubs. Hoping to develop them into top ones.
That's the issue, even if you have money, you aren't going to attract the best players that play at bigger clubs. It's not like Arsenal go and buy Yamal, Mbappe, Pedri, Valverde etc. They can't touch those stars.
Still the other way around, Bayern bought the best striker in EPL. Tottenham, Arsenal are never going to go and buy Kimmich for example. Or Musiala.
