Neymar will apparently join the team in USA just before the last game of the tour(not confirmed yet though). Alves around then too. Bravo, Mascherano and Messi will be back 4th or 5th August.

No, they can't. According to fifa, as neither of them are registered with Barça, they can't play even friendlies, because those also have refs from fifa and official reports.
