They are doing well. It is a smart move by Florentino Perez to get extra 360m cash while getting help to realize Bernabeu's business potential, since those companies that paid the money will want bigger returns and the only way is to grow the hospitality and commercial potential of Bernabeu, essentially growing the pie bigger and Madrid receives more money from Bernabeu in the future. Both short term and long term win for them.

Not too different from our ideas of selling stakes of BLM and Barca Studios. I suppose we will probably do somethings similar once the Nou Camp Nou is close to being done, if Laporta is not blind (or perhaps he will be gone by then).
