David Moreno reminds me of Kaka. I watch his games oj Barca One because I was looking for that Adam Qaraoul guy who was getting crazy dribble highlights. Then I noticed Moreno was doing everything like carrying them solo style

Slick lil player this. Think his dribbling ceiling is higher than Pedris or Olmos. Very Iniesta like gliding and disorientating moves from him with the ball and great passing. But again, TOO SMALL!

Looks talented but my immediate impression is of a player that isn't mentally (nor perhaps physically) ready to play for the first team yet.
Toni appears less talented but more mentally fit imo.

He's probably 1-2 years away from being a (possible) full first team member. Will need to grow physically which he will. Flick told the club to sign strength and conditioning coaches for Barca B that would align them more with what's required in the first team so the step up goes smoother.
