Looks decent. Should sign the America lad up too. Number 18, Granados I think it is.

Play tonight in the 1/4 btw.

Hernandez is a nice little David Silva/Denis Suarez (mentioned both to emphasise the barometer of success) in the hole type that could develop into a good player. He is actually around a week younger than Lamine.

Rumours he could be off to PSG, which would be a mistake for both us to lose him, and him to go there. But we really got to tie up all these level of talents.

Aaaaaaaand a wonder strike from Lamine. The kid has got it. Doesn't look the smartest, but boy does Robinho have talent in his boots.

Team as a whole is struggling with France physicality, including Prim. Fort was targeted by France and was the weak link. Lamina was having rough game but his quality prevailing

Spain were the better side but the French adjusted well in the second half. Those two French goals in quick succession took the wind out of the Spanish side.

At this age it is all about experience and development. France beat Spain easily 6-1 back in the U17 World Cup of 2019 with Pedri having a stinker because of the phsyicality. But we all know who emerged as the best player from that match, and indeed the tournament.

Wil probably be the same case from this game and tournament in regards to Lamine.

More talent in this group of Spanish players though, mostly in the midfield.

Not feeling as confident about Spain's future tbh.
They lack that athletic abilities and this has been the case for few youth generations.
They will always produce a couple of top talents, but overall they don't produce a great "generations" as a whole.
This generation reminds me of the 2017 one rather than 2019's.
They had all the hype, all La Masia talents. Abel Ruiz, Eric Garcia, Miranda, Sergio Gomez, Chust, Morey, along Guillomon and Ferran Torres.
Best of such punch became Valancia level of player, or bench players in big clubs.

PS: England team also didn't have much better luck, lol

Your right, and of course France has way more depth. We also can't ignore that players who could play like the two PSG lads who names escape me right now, weren't called up.

Spain as always will have to work with a limited talent pool and hope that alot of players over a larger pool of generations come together to form a strong 11.

From this team Lamine will be it's Pedri level talent, and then we will see where the interesting players like Hernandez, Pau Prim, Granados end up.

Atleast compared to the likes of Pablo Moreno and Robert Navarro, they are already way more team centric in their play, and compared to Ilaix, work harder.
