In the last 3 seasons, so age 20. which is when everything started to click for him.

Games 117 games, 57 Goal contributions.

Wtf are y'all talking about? 😂.

That's while playing for athletic and and the embodiment of attack football and risk taking Mister 😂 😂.

Now if we look at his form over the last 12 months with Spain, where he plays with better players and a more attacking brand of football, just only using the eye test no stats.

If we are just comparing him internationally to other wingers internationally, he's easily been a top 3-5 winger in the world.

So when you combine eye test while playing with better individuals, with the fact that over the last 3 seasons, he's contributed 1 goal/assist every 2 games while playing for athletic.

The conclusion is so simple it slams you in the face.

PS let's not nit-pick stats to suit our narratives, put it all out there, I've heard this 5 league goals argument too often, as if he doesn't play in the Copa and Euro as well, for an athletic player gotta count everything.

Plus we do it for yamal and raphinha, all our players in fact, but for him only LA Liga exist? Smh.

That's like the haters saying yamal only has 9 goals in la Liga, if someone says Williams only has 5 goals in la Liga again as a justification why he's not good, I will take you as a Nico hater and laugh at you, remind you how wrong you were once he starts playing for a big club, and we know how people here love that, smh.

He is essentially a young Luiz Diaz but with potential to be better due to age.

A solid starting winger who can cause havoc with his explosiveness, in addition to actuality being smart player, but his lack of end product will hinder him from turning into elite one

Exactly, but you never know with these guys. Freaking Dembele wins the Bdor now. Dembele. The guy we called Dumbele because he played one. So I think Williams has some untapped potential but I agree it's a concern, but again we are not playing the highest price.

We rather ship that money for gyokeres and bring perisic as rotational option.
Raph, lamine, gyokeres, ferran, lewa, perisic.

We'll need to spend 50+m on striker like next summer.

I'd like for us to assemble gala 11 first, then add aditions when we dont have pressure so that other clubs arent bullying us.
Next summer all clubs would know we need st, and price would be astronomical as always is when barca come knocking.

It seems like we are running last season with Lewy and next off-season take care of the new striker.

Last three years incl. this one, club stats only.

Rashford: 140 games, 49 goals and 27 assists.

Leao: 145 games, 43 goals and 42 assists.

Kvaratskhelia: 131 games, 36 goals and 35 assists.

Luis Diaz: 121 games, 35 goals and 18 assists.

Nico Williams: 124 games, 28 goals and 29 assists.

There is not really that much of a difference between all these guys in terms of output.

Yea I agree, that's all I'm saying use all stats and stop trying to under play the kid with this 5 LA Liga goals crap ( not you).

That's outside of how he plays at international level.

Of those 5 if I could chose anyone it would be.

Kvaratskhelia ( he's shown he's willing to do the hard work off the ball this season)

Williams

Rashford (loan)

Diaz -(age)

Leao.

Also take into consideration Nico of those 5 is the only one playing for EL level team with not as much talent around him and playing for mister who isn't a risk taking attacking manager.

Which is why to access him fully you have to look at Spain, because that's when he's playing around high quality players.

Flick will unleash all three and you will see different and better versions of them.

Differences are still there THO, and Nico is not suited for low blocks and parked buses.
Diaz and Rashford both are, in different way each one

The most important though, is Nico is most expensive of all in total package
We can't really give 12m gross to him.

Imagine Ansu is getting 13m gross, and we are struggling so much to off load him

Can't take out of that the context that both Diaz and Raph play for new age managers who live and die by pressing, hence there wingers will run more.

Mister isn't that type of coach, he sits in a mid block when defending.
