Problem is his contract is until 2027 so he'll still cost 30-40m. It's fairly cheap but those amounts will cripple us on other positions in the transfer market.

Could be all over it like they were with Tah but then had to bail because of finances.

Lots of clubs will be in for him if he doesn’t renew. Many of which will pay higher fees and wages.
