And PSG is already planning to sell players like Aurier, and Matuidi. And as explained by many other french medias that corrected RMC. you can get 110M via sponsoring too. Not just from sales. And that only if what RMC is saying is true. They don't provide any source, not even an anonymous one.

Sanctions? lol Qatar is an ally of the US. Shocking I know, but we have deals with this horrible country. The only countries throwing sanctions on this oil rich country are other oil rich terrible countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Israel

Those 25M doesn't matter in the end because if he stays they also needs to pay it. So the difference in money between staying and leaving is still 220M.
