He's English. The first time he has a few quiet games, people will be saying he's over hyped and over rated like just about every other English player.

Ngumoha at Liverpool is equally as talented and is also worth keeping an eye on. He's only a year older.

Biggest English talent since Rooney. Looked on a different planet to every other play on the pitch.

I didn't know he was back from his injury. Good to see - nice counter. Horrendous defending though - like City the other night. Could have driven a bus back there.

Anyway, he's a very big talent.

Edit - just seen it was the 96th minute and they threw everyone forward lol

Nah not because of that but because if he performs slightly above average he will be drawn in conversations he doesn't belong to very soon

I have no doubt he will be compared to likes of Yamal, Mbappe as soon as he gains some momentum in top football. Not because they are on the same level though

How is it nonsense

Every single big English talent in last decade has been lifted waay higher than their actual level by the media

For most of them it has been cause of their downfall as well

I can't even think of what they will do to this guy, who actually is a very very talented footballer with immense potential
