Marco Jhonfai Fabián de la Mora (born 21 July 1989) is a Mexican soccer midfielder (usually attacking midfielder or box-to-box midfielder) who currently plays for Chivas. He made his debut with the first team on 10 November 2007 in a game versus Jaguares and scored his first goal in 6-0 win against Morelia.

Fabián was spotted early on and recruited by Guadalajara as a promising talent. He spent ten years in the Chivas youth system, including appearances for their affiliate club Tapatio.
On 10 November 2007, Fabián made his first-team debut in a match against Jaguares de Chiapas in the Apertura tournament wearing jersey no. 33, coach Efrain Flores handing him his opportunity. He scored his first goal for the club in a 6-0 win over Morelia. After the 2010-2011 season, he has a total of 23 goals and 19 assists in 122 official games for Club Deportivo Guadalajara. Fabián scored two goals for Chivas in a friendly match against FC Barcelona on 3 August 2011 during the 2011 World Football Challenge, they won the match 4-1.
International career
Fabián made his international debut in the 2009 CONCACAF U-20 Championship held in Trinidad and Tobago wearing the number 8 and made three appearances for Mexico U-20.
In 2011 he was called up by Luis Fernando Tena to form part in the U-22 National Team, to compete in the Copa America of the same year.
During the Gold Cup 2011 he was named as one of the replacements for the 5 players who tested positive for clenbuterol, but would only be called to join them in an emergency, because he was already in concentration with the U-22 in preparation for the Copa America.
He started most of the preparation games and scored a few goals before being suspended for 6 months, along with seven more players, for breaking disciplinary codes at their concentration hotel in Quito, Ecuador.
After serving his 6 month suspension, Marco made his first senior International cap against Venezuela in a 3-1 win on 25 January 2012
In 2012 Fabián was called up for the Mexico U-23, participating in the 2012 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournament and the 2012 Toulon Tournament, winning the Top Scorer trophy in both tournaments.
