These clubs can afford to spend 30m on a backup/rotation option to be fair. Zinchenko started 10 EPL games, 5 CL and 2 FA Cup so no reason to think he wouldn't get 1000+ squad minutes under Pep for example.

As for Chelsea, maybe they are eyeing to replace Marcos Alonso directly at LM considering he played 2000+ minutes there.

Yeah that would be the option to cover RB but means not replacing Cancelo like for like at LB or Walker like for like at RB.
