🚨🗣️ Leo Messi on his 'order' obssession: "Antonela always reproaches me about order, but I’ve always been OBSESSED with order."

"In the beginning I changed her... She was a disaster and I was very, very orderly. Now we’re at about the same level."

"I’m the kind of person who has the clothes laid out the day before for training, everything in its place."

"Also, I DON'T LIKE people touching my things. I have to know exactly where everything is... Thiago is just like me. Ciro too, in many ways."

"Also, I DON'T LIKE people touching my things."

Terrible news for Fredo the fag.........

You still recovering? Don't worry. I'll ask Rassy to hand you some money for lunch. 👍🏻

Interestingly the highest rating of the 11 ManYoo (even taking in last couple of SAF seasons) caretakers post Fergie was with Ole - who coincidentally had the most time in the role underscoring patience

Amorim, however, easily the worst

Not an objective metric. Look at how high it was towards the end of Ole's stint.

This tell you it is not safe for drawing conclusions

Guys ive just checked the PL results

Manu lol, they are back to their usual level, they need a leader in midfield, wasted so much money and still start Casemiro and Ugarte 😀

Arsenal Pool 0-0 meh, hoped Pool wins so we have a exciting title race again but looks like Gunners will easily win it

Nothing wrong with this, but- glasner is a very good coach, so are the likes of iraola, de zerbi and others.

But they're built for being at clubs who bloody the nose of the clubs who win league titles. Clubs who can be a real threat in any given game against man city (brighton just got a draw away at man city for example) or arsenal, but will never win the title itself over the course of 9 months, as theyre too inconsistent. The elite clubs tend to win the title other than outliers like leicester, denmark, greece

Lots of coaches do well at smaller environments, but that is different from doing well at man city, real madrid, barca, liverpool, arsenal or bringing man united back into contention for pl titles as they were from 1992.

This is what Birdy doesn't understand - being a very good coach at a smaller, second-tier club often does not translate to a top tier club. Here and there it might happen, but it is becoming increasingly rare in the ultra capitalist modern football.

That's why when he goes on about Poch, Iraola, Glasner etc - it is fair enough, in the sense that they're respectable quality coaches who should be taken seriously (well poch was). But they aren't Fergusons, Busbys. Shanklys, Guardiolas, Klopps, Herreras, Mourinhos, Sacchis, Cruyffs, Michels who will build a legacy and win all the big titles in the game. If Glasner for example was that, he'd already be at an 'elite club' by now - given the current 'scout coaches young' climate. But actually he's 51 already.
