it's tough one
Bordeaux is my fav French team, but you know what Lyon have done. It will be a great achievement for French football to have a semifinalist anyway. Lyon are the more experienced team, so they may have advantage.

Its not only the experience, its Motivation matter, in ligue 1 they are less motivated than in CL. Because L1 is tooo booooring compared to C1.
