On a more serious note, doesn't look special at all, if we're serious about getting a striker from South America, Gabigol or Calleri are already better options, in spite of being younger.

He only has to play one game for us, even if friendly to be considered better than Keirrison. I think he can do that.

I've never seen him play but based on his highlights I don't think he's a type of player we need. He seems like a good dribler and passer but I think he's more a winger than striker (backup for Suarez) that we need the most. I might be wrong but I don't believe he'd be a real goalscoring threat and at 23 he's pretty much what he'll be, there probably isn't much room for improvement. For around 20M we could find someone better in Europe (even if someone more experienced as I don't believe we must really buy a young backup for MSN) but if we are looking at South American market I would also prefer Calleri or Gabigol. I wouldn't be dissapointed if we sign Luan and would give him a chance to prove me wrong but I think we can do better.
