The best at pivot would be Pedri for the role FDJ plays due to how good on ball he is but he up there with best in world in the freer role.

Gavi in there allows for more flexibility for them to dove tail on those roles if needed and better than Pedri at crashing box if Levante sit deep and a lot of balls going into area.

Not so sure this will be Gavi DM and Pedri the freer role if they start together and would guess more fluid than that if Levante sit back. As Pedri is far the better dictator and Gavi although not great to date at it in his career should be more of threat making runs in and around box.

Easiest change would be to play Casado with Pedri, but at this point I think Gavi will be shoehorned into the XI even if the balance might be disrupted.

Casado and Pedri have barely played all that well together all that much past October and Gavi offers more flexibility probably if Levante are sitting back and want him to take ball off defence more and let Gavi get into final third.

The club are always going to choose Casado ahead of Gavi in long term.
