Probably should have sealed the deal earlier, considering how poor Atletico were at keeping the ball and finishing.

The only redeeming aspect was the fact that we could reproduce the form we had last season. But the glaring problems are still there - defense is full of holes and starting striker is not of the required level.

LL level being trash helps us staying relevant, but football played is still not convincing.

Last season we played better against Atletico and lost. Not a dig at Barca display yesterday as I think we had the edge but still ironic.

At this point in season form is not of essence. Will be crucial to rise come spring.
