When it comes to Cubarsi I'm starting to think he simply cannot perform well consistently unless he got a CB partner that actually leads the line and helps him out.

He wouldn't be the first CB that have struggled with this. Varane for example with Ramos and without Ramos was a completely different player.

For what its worth my opinion remains the same. We should move on from Kounde and sign two CBs so Cubarsi is the first choice off the bench rather than the automatic starter.
